Terms and conditions for MOMLETA Silver - Up to 8 visits per month

All Plans

For all recurring billing plans I understand and agree that I will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month (or the immediately following workday if the 1st is not a workday) for that month. I understand that I may cancel my billing plan at any time with no penalty. I will not be refunded any payments that may have occurred prior to my cancellation of my plan. Any and all product purchases, including any required enrollment kits, are not returnable or refundable.

"Limited" Plans

If I am purchasing a "limited" plan (a plan restricted to a maximum number of visits per month), I understand that I am restricted to taking a maximum number of classes per month. I may attend additional classes at my option by paying the drop-in fee to attend additional classes or by upgrading my plan to unlimited. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month.

All Participants

I expressly agree that participation in MOMLETA programs or events is at my sole risk, and Inspiring Wellness LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, franchisees, licensees, instructors, contractors, partners or suppliers (collectively “MOMLETA Parties”) shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, theft or loss whatsoever. MOMLETA Parties shall not be responsible or liable to me or my friends or family for any articles damaged, lost or stolen before, during, or after participation in MOMLETA programs or events, or for the loss of any property including, but not limited to, automobiles and contents thereof. I hereby release and forever waive any claims I may have against MOMLETA Parties for any losses or damages I sustain as a result of my participation in MOMLETA programs or events.
